THE STORY OF MEMAW’S PREMIUM TEXAS HOT SAUCE

On one occasion every year, my Memaw would make her special recipe Texas Hot Sauce for her friends and family to enjoy.  The sauce was made with the freshest ingredients and in limited production- I only realized years later the limited production was a result of the amount of money she had to buy the quantity of ingredients. 

Friends and family would line up for her arrival with the small batch production to get their jars filled to the rim with her famous Hot Sauce-when it was gone, it was gone until the following years. Over the years we have continued her tradition of making this sauce available to friends and family, with the encouragement to bottle and make it available to the masses.

While we are now making it available to a larger population our commitment to continuing to produce in small batches with the freshest ingredients to ensure the highest quality, remains unchanged. Each batch is handcrafted and produces 16 bottles of sauce. Each bottle is labeled and numbered based on production.
